Pears and apples on the nose, herbs and spices. Clear, full-bodied and cool on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, delicate tart notes, yeasty notes, some minerality, not particularly deep or concentrated, slightly noticeable alcohol, attractive to good finish.
