2000 Côte de Bordeaux Saint-Macaire AOC, Bordeaux, France

Caramel, preserved apples and some honeydew melon on the nose, spicy oak. Quite clean, soft, sweet fruit, integrated spicy oak, fairly moderate acidity, not very deep, quite mature on the palate, lacks a little life, attractive finish.
