Translate to English Leicht rauchiger und speckiger Duft nach roten und schwarzen Beeren mit rotem Paprika sowie tabakigen, erdigen und rauchigen Noten. Recht straffe, saftige, reife Frucht mit rauchigen, nussigen und tabakigen Aromen, gewisse Röstung, speckige Nuancen und wieder roter Paprika, im Hintergrund auch Kakao, zedrige Nuancen, relativ präsentes, noch ein wenig sandiges Tannin, nachhaltig, hat Griff, etwas Salz, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und würziger Abgang mit einer Portion Strenge, die ihm sehr gut steht und ihn zu einem erstklassigen Essensbegleiter macht.
