Translate to English Deutlich grün-vegetabiler und etwas gewürziger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Senfsaat, grünem Tabak sowie floralen und mineralischen Noten. Reife, recht saftige, herbe Frucht, wieder deutlich vegetabile Aromen und gewürzige Nuancen, sehr feine Säure, griffig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Substanz und Kraft, etwas Tiefe, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, weißer Pfeffer und auch salzig-erdige Mineralik, noch eine Spur Hefe, nussige Töne, fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang.
