2017 Limoux AOC Chenin Blanc "Dédicace", Languedoc, France

Slightly nutty, buttery and light oak, ripe pomaceous fruit with citrus notes, prominent vegetal notes and light earthy and mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, tart fruit on the palate, creamy, touch of butter, some more light nutty notes, vegetal notes, light yeasty notes on the palate, fairly persistent, very elegant acidity, moderate tannic touch, slightly alcoholic, tart, juicy finish.
