2017 Les Baux de Provence AOC Grand Vin Blanc, Provence, France

Slightly vegetal and delicate nutty pome fruit scent with delicate mineral and light tobacco nuances. Clear, straightforward, elegantly juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty, herbaceous and vegetal notes, still very slightly cheesy and reductive, in the background salt, also white pepper, good persistence, good to very good finish with a bit of grip and bite.
