2017 Les Baux de Provence AOC Grand Vin Rosé, Provence, France

Cool, vegetal to herbal and a little floral fragrance with notes of stone and stone fruit, red berries and peppers. Rather tart fruit with delicate yeasty and slightly waxy traces, lively, elegant acidity, tobacco and a hint of mixed berries on the palate, still slightly sandy tannins, spicy notes, good to very good finish.
