2016 Pays d'Oc IGP Sauvignon Le Blanc d'Eulalie, Languedoc, France

Green-vegetal, slightly asparagus fragrance with yellow and green fruit aromas, some paprika and earthy to mineral nuances. Clear, straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, fresh spicy vegetal notes, some bite and grip, quite juicy, harmonious, good persistence, polished, good to very good, elegant, juicy finish.
