Clear yeasty and somewhat vegetal scent with yellow fruit aromas and light nutty to woody tones. Ripe, melted, very dry fruit, vegetal notes and lots of yeast again, also light nutty aromas and a little vanilla, very fine acidity, some hint of crunchy tannins, has strength and warmth, but also cooling chalky-salty tones, good to very good good, melty, warm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
