2016 Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC secco Lambrusco del Fondatore, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Tart, noticeably yeasty, vegetal and floral scent with red berry and a little spicy notes and a touch of orange zest. Clear, cool, tart and juicy fruit with lots of yeast and nutty, floral and vegetal notes, present, fine mousse and noticeable acid bite, persistent, mineral notes in the background, very touch of very fine tannin, citrus zests in the background, has freshness and life, some Deep, spicy nuances, very good, polished, firm finish with cool juice and delicate spice. Gorgeous Sorbara!
