Editor note: Clear, firm nose, hint of bacon,black and a few red berries, light peppery traces, hint of dried herbs, earthy and mineral traces. Firmly structured, ripe, partly preserved fruit on the palate, nutty, spicy oak, touch of chocolate, hint of smoked bacon, fine, youthful tannins, coffee and some dark caramel, light peppery spice, noticeable high alcohol, good persistence, some depth, salty traces, more spicy oak and prominent chocolate on a very good, slightly jammy finish.
Best to drink: 2021-2026+
