2017 Carnuntum Zweigelt trocken "Rubin Carnuntum", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clear nose, predominantly dark berries andcherries, partly dried vegetal notes, very light meaty aromas, delicate spicy traces. Polished, elegant, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very fine tannins, delicate acid bite, good persistence, hint of cocoa and some nutty notes, light spicy notes, mineral traces in the background, fairly full-bodied, good to very good dark, juicy, spicy finish.
