Fairly open, warm, spicy nose, preserved plums and some cherries. Uncomplicated style, full-bodied juicy cherry and plum fruit on the palate, hint of almonds in the background, integrated tannins, light earthy notes, slightly rustic style, but also refreshing and typical of the variety, attractive finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2010+. What our ratings mean
