2011 Val de Loire IGP Grolleau, Loire, France

Very tart, cool and firm nose, mixed berries and cherries, prominent vegetal and earthy notes, some yeast and floral nuances. Fairly tart again on the palate, yeasty and yeasty notes, some old oak, light vegetal and mushy notes, still underdeveloped, noticeable in the air with concentrated juice, firm structure, nutty traces, mineral notes in the background, very good, tart finish on the finish. Must mature.
