Translate to English Etwas vanillig-holzige, auch gelbfruchtige Nase mit Fenchelnoten, ein wenig Kümmel und Rauch, Trockenkräutern, Nüssen und hellen erdigen Noten. Hell-nussig, etwas rauchig und speckig im Mund, hefige Aromen, vegetabile Töne und zurückhaltende, mit Luft aber zunehmend saftige, helle Frucht, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss und Griff, an Hülsenfrüchte erinnernde Noten, noch unentwickelt, speckige Nuancen, Anis, deutliche Zitrustöne, noch sehr jung, eleganter Stil, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, kühler, saftiger Abgang mit an Zimtblüte erinnernden Noten und gelbem Paprika. Braucht Luft.
