2016 Val de Loire IGP Grolleau, Loire, France

Slightly floral scent of mixed berries and cherries with spicy and slightly yeasty aromas, Provence herbs, pine resin, beetroot, dried flowers, mineral notes, flint and a hint of pepper. Clear, polished and cool, extremely juicy fruit with spicy and still slightly yeasty notes, light acid bite and very fine tannins, good persistence, some depth, still young, but already very refreshing, a lot of life, elegant style, floral notes, pepper and more red beet, very good, firm, cool, tart, juicy and spicy finish.
