Aromas of preserved ripe rosehip, strawberries and plums with some undergrowth and wilted leaves. Ripe red fruit in the mouth, again some wilted leaves, noticeable acidity, fine, slightly astringent tannins, roasted notes, some mineral notes in the background, quite a tart style, good finish.

Editor note: Light red. Quite mature nose, slightly oxidative and fading, some red berry preserves. Mature, too, on the palate, sweetish notes, some stone fruit, licorice as well as some smoky and tarry aromas, delicate dusty tannins, oxidative notes, noticeable alcohol, cocoa on an attractive finish.
