Translate to English Einen Hauch animalischer, auch gewürziger Duft nach eingemachten Kirschen und schwarzen Beeren mit etwas rotem Paprika im Hintergrund, Tabak, Pfeffer und erdigen Tönen. Herbe, trotz des relativ hohen Alkohols kühl wirkende Frucht mit Paprika- und Pfeffernoten, leicht grün-pflanzlichen Tönen und ein wenig röstigen Holzaromen, jugendliches, feinsandiges, etwas antrocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig, recht straff gebaut, feiner Säurebiss, noch wenig entwickelt, im Hintergrund mineralische Noten, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit tabakigen Tönen.
