A tart blackberry scent with dried vegetable and somewhat earthy tones and a slight peppery spiciness. Tart dark fruit also in the mouth, some acid bite, again vegetable and earthy notes, a hint of salt, certain persistence, fine sandy, very slightly drying tannin, good to very good, slightly muted finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2023+. What our ratings mean
