Ripe black and red berries on the nose, herbaceous and earthy traces, hint of braised bell peppers and some pepper, some nutty, roasted oak. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty oak, sweetish spice and roasted notes, fairly fine but also slightly astringent tannins, creamy, good persistence, earthy and mineral traces in the background, very good finish.
