Editor note: Tart vegetal nose with some earthy notes, red and black berries, light oak. brittle on the palate, prominent earthy and vegetal notes, oaky with astringent tannins, soup greens, restrained fruit, touch of sugar candy and licorice, not particularly deep, but quite full-bodied and has some substance, noticeable alcohol, slightly brittle again on an otherwise good finish.
