2015 Sant 'Antimo DOC Pinot Grigio, Tuscany, Italy

Rather tart, nutty and a hint of woody scent with apple aromas, crumbly pear as well as earthy to mineral traces. Ripe, polished, somewhat melted fruit, nutty aromas and a hint of rock candy, very slightly sweetish wood spice, fine acid bite and restrained, mellow tannins, in the background again delicately earthy to mineral, appears young, good substance, despite all its strength quite cool, herbal to herbaceous notes, very good finish.
