Translate to English Herber und eher kühler, pflanzlicher Duft mit Kernobstnoten, hellen nussigen Anklängen sowie hefigen und erdigen Spuren. Klare, feinsaftige, etwas nussige Frucht mit zart pflanzlichen Noten, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Salz und angedeutet Kakaobutter, guter, eher herber Abgang.
