Woody and nutty aroma of dried pome fruit and a little melon with citrus nuances, some wilted flowers, vegetal hints and minerality. Powerful, dense and melting in the mouth, very ripe fruit with woody-nutty spice and candy notes, some mocha and a hint of caramel, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, good depth, relatively powerful body, multi-layered, very good to long finish

Editor note: Translate to English Präsenter, anregender, holzwürziger und auch leicht kräuteriger und floraler Duft nach teils kandierten und eingemachten Zitrusfrüchten mit kandiert-nussigen Aromen, herben Kräutertönen und erdiger Mineralik. Kräftige, sehr reife, süßlich-schmelzige und teils angetrocknet wirkende Frucht im Mund, etwas holzige Würze, Karamell- und Kandisnoten sowie hefige Töne, sehr feine, dabei lebendige Säure, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, noch immer relativ jung wirkend, Mokkanoten im Hintergrund, cremige Textur, vielschichtig, sehr langer Abgang. Ziemlich mächtig, aber auch bestens balanciert, tief und komplex.
