Rather firm, clearly vegetable fragrance with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of yeast and mineral notes. Clear, tart, tender-juicy fruit, clearly planty tones, some smoke and salt in the background, has grip, good persistence, some depth, relatively pithy nature, very good, firm, tart, juicy and mineral finish.

Hefig und straff im Mund, kühle Frucht mit feinem Saft, Kräuternoten und Mandeln, eine Spur Holunder im Hintergrund, etwas schwarzer Pfeffer, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gezügelte Kraft, herbe mineralische und auch kräuterige Töne, etwas nussig, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft, Würze und Druck.
