DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the center of the Salento peninsula (the "heel of the boot") in the Italian region Apulia, The zone in the province of Lecce includes the municipalities of Guagnano, Salice Salentino and Veglie, as well as a part of Campi Salentina. And in the province of Brindisi in full the municipalities of San Donaci and San Pancrazio Salentino, as well as a section of Cellino San Marco.

The Bianco is out Chardonnay (70%). Rosso and Rosato are out Negroamaro (70%). The varietal wines must consist of at least 85% (white) or 90% (red) of the respective variety. These are Chardonnay....
