Costa di Bussia Tenuta Arnulfo
Winery Wines

2009 Barolo DOCG Luigi Arnulfo, Piedmont, Italy

Slightly meaty aroma with aromas of soup herbs, a little roast stock, old wood and clear red and black berry flavors. Slightly nutty, spicy and a little toasty-woody in the mouth, partly pickled red and a little black fruit with sweet cereal notes reminiscent of corn and peanut, a little liquorice and malt, some melting on the palate, not eternally deep but straightforward and quite polished, good finish with a touch of chocolate.
