Delicate herbal and nutty scent of ripe pome fruit and some candied stone fruit with a hint of honey. Clear, quite juicy, polished fruit, very fine acidity, nutty and dried floral hints, a touch of rock candy, good substance and persistence, hints of yellow spice in the background, restrained power, the relatively high alcohol is well integrated, quite dry style, somewhat melting, very good, calm, quite juicy finish
