Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher und ein wenig gelb-gewürziger Duft mit Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen, angedeuteter gelber Würze sowie erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Geradlinige, eher zurückhaltende Frucht mit recht lebendiger Säure und herben pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Aromen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, eher kühle Art, hat Biss, sehr guter, fester, saftiger und mineralischer Abgang mit viel Zug.
