2010 trocken Redark, Oberthrakische Tiefebene, Bulgaria

Light brown garnet. Developed, clearly woody, nutty and earthy scent of ripe to overripe black berries and some plums with dried vegetal notes. Quite juicy, rather tart dark fruit, again clear, slightly roasted and also nutty wood, prominent, mature tannins and light acid bite, slightly earthy and metallic notes in the background, a hint of tar, good persistence and a lot of strength, cedar nuances, dark chocolate and a little tobacco, very good finish with a lot of juice.
