2001 Roero DOC Braja, Piedmont, Italy

Firm aromas of red berries and plumswith mineral notes and a hint of leather. Quite concentrated in the mouth, firmly structured, with lots of fruit and quite fine tannins, has bite and structure, appears closed, very persistent on the palate, cool mineral notes, some malt and dried flowers, has depth and length.
