2012 Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Etnico, Umbria, Italy

Translate to English Warmer, etwas erdiger, leicht gedeckter, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis tabakiger und nussiger Duft nach teils angetrockneten schwarzen und roten Beeren mit merklichem Alkohol und flüchtigen Tönen. Reife, recht saftige Frucht, straffes, sehr feines Tannin, florale Nuancen, ein wenig Blutorange und Granatapfel am Gaumen, gewürzige Töne, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hoher, aber gut integrierter Alkohol, ein wenig Schokolade und Lakritz im Hintergrund, sehr guter, leicht warmer Abgang mit gewissem Schliff.
