Editor note: Nose still youthful, but accessible, berries and plums, as well as some malt and some dissolute red fruit. Gingerbread on the palate, dark chocolate and plum purée, soft and accessible, very velvety tannins, alcohol quite well integrated, attractive finish. In spite of its hefty body should be drunk fairly young.
