Translate to English Etwas nussiger, kräuteriger und getrocknet-floraler Duft mit eher herben, an Quitten erinnernden gelbfruchtigen Noten und erdig-mineralischen Tönen im Hintergrund. Relativ herb auch im Mund, würzig, hefig und hell-nussig, Quittentöne, Salz und erdige Noten am Gaumen, ein wenig Trockenkräuter, moderate Säure, aber feiner Gerbstoff und die Mineralik geben Rückgrat, strafft sich zudem noch mit Luft, hat Schliff, nachhaltig, viel Kraft, aber nur wenig Fett, angedeutet harzig im Hintergrund, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, leicht alkoholwarmer Abgang mit kühlenden mineralischen Tönen.
