The estate is located in the municipality of Siatista (prefecture Kozani) in the west of the Greek region Macedonia

) and the married couple Yiannis Polizos and Georgia Goutziamani. Yiannis Boutaris was elected Mayor of Thessaloniki in the fall of 2010, so Yiannis and Georgia are now running the business alone.
