Preserved and dried apples on the nose, herbaceous and light peppery notes. Lemony acidity on the palate, but fairly tranquil, slightly tart mineral notes, vegetal notes, delicately bitter pomaceous fruit, dominated by soil, fairly prominent, polished acidity, shows its origin, attractive finish.
