Slightly muted apple fruit on the nose, peppery spice and light nutty notes, mineral notes. Fairly sweet, opulent fruit on the palate, preserved apples and some stone fruit, touch of medicinal herbs, persistent, prominent peppery spice, mineral foundation, integrated acidity, has substance and some depth, slightly alcoholic and delicately bitter on a very good long finish.
