Editor note: Fairly cool nose, herbaceous with light mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of unripe peaches. Clear, elegant, juicy, very polished fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral traces, delicately creamy and slightly sweetish, also has elegant tart notes, slightly persistent, quite a good finish.
