Editor note: Fairly firm nose, prominent vegetal and delicate herbaceous notes, citrus and stone fruit, floral and nutty traces, light volatile and lactic notes, sugar candy, mineral notes. Dry and creamy on the palate, vegetal and light nutty notes, still has yeasty traces, very elegant acidity, some integrated tannins, sugar candy and floral traces, full-bodied, good persistence, light touch of tobacco, still very young, hint of butter and caramel, salty notes in the background, still largely undeveloped, fairly complex, slightly creamy on a very good finish.
Best to drink: 2018-2025+

It is crossed by the Danube, on whose northern bank slopes many of the most terraced vineyards are located. The partly very steep vineyards are among the steepest vineyards in Austria.
