Editor note: Elegant vegetal and delicate floral notes on the nose, mineral notes, fairly polished yellow fruit. Ripe, fairly firm but also fairly creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate nutty notes, very prominent tart, salty mineral notes, full body, has backbone, hint of red berries in the background, very good juicy, creamy, minerally finish.
Best to drink: To 2022+
