Editor note: Delicate dried herbs and spicy notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes, hint of caraway seed. Very slightly muted, restrained fruit on the palate, dried herbs, mineral notes and floral traces, elegant acidity, hint of yellow spice, persistent and gripping, prominent tart mineral notes, good depth, full body, but not heavy, still largely undeveloped, peppery tracesm firm grip on a very good, firm, tart, juicy, very minerally finish.
Best to drink: 2019-2028+

One of the eight specific wine growing areas in the Austrian province or generic wine growing area of Lower Austria. It is crossed by the Danube, on whose northern bank slopes many of the most terraced vineyards are located. The partly very steep vineyards are among the steepest vineyards in Austria.
