Translate to English Herber, mit Luft zunehmend komplexer, etwas vegetabiler Duft nach gemischten Beeren und Kirschen mit kräuterigen und zart floralen Tönen, etwas Pfeffer und mineralischen Noten. Recht straffe, reife, saftige Frucht mit vegetabilen, pilzigen und pfeffrigen Aromen, lebendige Säure und noch ein wenig sandiges Tannin, das sich mit der Zeit aber bestens einbindet, gute Nachhaltigkeit, speckige Noten, viel kreidig-salzige Mineralik, hat Kraft und Griff, sehr guter, saftiger, würziger, rauchiger und mineralischer Abgang.
