Cool, planty and clearly yeasty nose with light yellow fruity notes and nutty and floral hints. Clear, finely juicy, ripe fruit, yeasty and accentuated nutty aromas, fine mousseux, good persistence, some grip and delicate melt, planty notes, very good, tart, nutty finish
