Firm, slightly tobacco scent of predominantly black berries with very slightly fleshy, also nutty and earthy tones and a little Provence herbs. Strong and quite juicy in the mouth, rather tart dark fruit, nutty, earthy and very slightly ashy tones, crumbly sandy tannin, a hint of cocoa on the palate, notes of dried herbs, liquorice and a hint of tobacco, in the background also salt, has power and warmth, still young, very good, quite tart finish.

Best to drink: 2019-2025+. What our ratings mean
