Translate to English Kühle und ziemlich feste, noch eher jugendliche, vegetabile Nase mit Zitrus- und Kernobstnoten, einer Spur Hefe und kalkig-mineralischen Nuancen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, nussige und vegetabile Aromen, zart buttrige Nuancen, sehr feine, recht lebendige Säure, gewisser Schmelz und gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hefige Anklänge, wieder deutlich kalkige Noten im Hintergrund, auch Meersalz, harmonisch, dabei noch etwas zu jung, sehr guter Abgang.
