Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, hint of bacon and mushrooms, ripe yellow fruit, light smoky oak, earthy notes. Ripe, slightlywarm, creamyfruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, root vegetables in the background, full body, fairly persistent, veryslightlyrustic style, good to very good, tart finish.
