2015 Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOP Henri Boudau, Roussillon, France

Slightly open, slightly fleshy and earthy odor of black berries, laurel and juniper with dried floral aromas reminiscent of violets. Partly canned, ripe black and red fruit, light cherry, earthy notes and some cocoa, again laurel and juniper, floral nuances, warming alcohol, not too deep, a touch of salt and citrus zests in the background, mostly mature tannins, good to very good finish.
