Translate to English Etwas kräuteriger Duft nach eingemachten Kirschgen und überwiegend dunklen Beeren mit Noten von Provence-Kräutern und ein wenig Pfeffer. Recht saftige, geschliffene Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche bis kräuterige, erdige und nussige Aromen, eine Spur Schokolade, recht feines, wenn auch teils leicht trocknendes Tannin, etwas Säurebiss, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, viel Alkohol, kühlende Mineralik im Hintergrund, guter Abgang.
