Translate to English Zart floraler Duft nach überwiegend roten Beeren mit ein wenig Kernobst und angedeutet frisch gemähtem Gras. Klare, geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht, eher kühl, etwas frisch-pflanzlich und nussig, weißer Pfeffer im Hintergrund, auch ein wenig Salz, moderater Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Speck, guter Abgang.
