2017 Ventoux AOC "Les Gressannes", Rhône, France

Quite firm, somewhat smoky and herbaceous, also delicately yeasty aroma with yellow fruity, vegetal, hints of mushroom and earthy-mineral notes. Clear and tight, ripe, juicy fruit with nutty, slightly buttery and mushroomy notes, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence and substance, salty minerality in the background, floral nuances, becomes even juicier and fresher with air, still young, very good, fine-juicy finish with grip and light mineral tones. Very pleasing
